With over a decade of experience in the charity sector, Carla & Tom have mentored and coached purpose-driven individuals and charities to reach incredible success. We have founded and handed over a £1m+ charity and held CEO, COO and Head of Fundraising and Communications roles across the sector.

6 or 12 months of personalised coaching and mentoring to support you through transitions, big decisions, or new roles. A longer-term journey to grow your leadership with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate
Ongoing monthly mentoring (7 flexible hours) for small charity leaders. A co-pilot by your side to share ideas, tackle challenges, and strengthen both your leadership and organisation.
